Our FSC-certified pencil factory (Chain of Custody ESTS-COC-251233, verifiable at search.fsc.org) and BSCI-audited facility (Grade C, amfori ID available on request) meet the supplier qualification requirements of major European supermarket and discount retail chains. All Product-specific EN71-3 and REACH Annex XVIIevidence is matched to the product, material, and batch in the buyer's RFQ. A public Eurofins report for plastic color pencils is available below as a reference, while documents for other products are supplied on request. Our FSC chain-of-custody documentation can support EUDR due diligenceunder Regulation (EU) 2023/1115, but the certificate alone does not prove that a particular shipment is FSC certified or complete an importer's due-diligence file. FSC is the supply chain gate. Under the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR, effective December 2026), importers placing wood-based products on the EU market must demonstrate that no deforestation occurred in the supply chain. FSC Chain of Custody documentation — our certificate number ESTS-COC-251233, publicly verifiable at search.fsc.org — is one part of the due-diligence evidence. Each shipment still needs the required FSC claim and transaction documents.
BSCI is the social audit gate. Major European retailers — HEMA, Action, B&M, Aldi, Lidl — require suppliers to hold a valid BSCI audit result before onboarding. Our audit result is accessible to all amfori member buyers on the amfori platform without requesting it from us directly, which simplifies your procurement team's qualification process.
ISO 9001 is the quality consistency gate. When a buyer is choosing between two factories with similar price and lead time, ISO 9001 certification signals that defect control processes are documented and independently verified — not just factory claims. Our recertification cycle (every 3 years, annual surveillance) means the certificate is always current.
ICS is the French retail gate. If your distribution includes Auchan, Carrefour, or Casino Group, ICS certification is mandatory — BSCI alone is not accepted by the ICS network. Our Grade B score of 92% was audited by Eurofins on June 10, 2025. Buyers should apply their own retailer's acceptance and escalation rules.

Forest Stewardship Council
Our FSC Chain of Custody certificate covers the manufacturing and sale of FSC 100% pencils. A specific product is covered only when the required FSC claim appears on its sales and delivery documents, so buyers should verify each order's transaction evidence rather than relying on the certificate alone.
