To provide an accurate quote, the most useful details are: (1) product type — wooden HB, color pencil set, plastic pencil, or specialty; (2) estimated annual or per-order quantity; (3) destination country for shipping cost estimation and compliance requirements; (4) customization requirements — logo imprint, custom barrel color, custom packaging, or own design; (5) target price range if you have one. You do not need to have all details finalised before contacting us. We offer a free pre-purchase feasibility check — send us whatever you have and we will advise on materials, MOQ, lead time, and certification options.
Are free pencil samples available before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Sample packs are available for quality evaluation before bulk commitment. A standard sample pack contains 5–10 units of your chosen product. For unbranded stock samples, courier cost is typically covered by the buyer. For custom-branded samples (with your logo or Pantone color), a sample fee applies — this fee is fully deducted from your first production order. Sample lead time is 7–10 business days. We ship samples via DHL, FedEx, or UPS with tracking. To request samples, submit the contact form and indicate "Sample Request" in the notes field.
What certifications do your pencils carry?
Our factory holds FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) chain-of-custody certification, confirming responsibly sourced wood raw materials — required by most European and North American retail chains. We are BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) audited, confirming ethical labour practices across our production facility. Our quality management system is ISO 9001 certified. Individual products additionally carry ICS, CE, and EN71 compliance as applicable. Current certificates are available on request for your supplier compliance files. Our certifications are renewed annually via independent third-party audits.
What payment terms do you accept for pencil orders?
Standard payment terms are T/T (telegraphic transfer): 30% deposit upon order confirmation, with the 70% balance payable against shipping documents (bill of lading copy) before release. For established buyers with an order history, we may offer extended terms — please discuss with your sales contact. We accept payments in USD, EUR, and GBP. For sample orders and small supplementary shipments, 100% payment in advance is required. We do not currently accept Letter of Credit (L/C) for orders below USD 50,000.
